The Board of RSL Victoria is established by and referred to via our constitution as the State Executive. RSL Victoria’s voting members are its Sub-Branches and it is these members that elect the State Executive.

The State President is the Chair of the State Executive.

RSL Victoria’s State Executive are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the organisation and its various funds or entities including:

• Returned & Services League of Australia (Victorian Branch) Inc
• RSL of Aust Victorian Branch General Appeals Patriotic Fund Account
• RSL State Wide Building Patriotic Fund
• RSL Victorian Branch Welfare Trust Fund
• RSL (Victoria) House Building Fund
• And a significant number of Sub-Branch Patriotic Funds
